    The General Studies degree program of the Division of Continuing Studies graduates students three times a year: December, May and August. Distance Education

Distance education courses may fit your busy schedule. Students are able to take the Community Learning Network (CLN) Distance Education courses in the Division of Continuing Studies without coming to campus more than 3 or 4 times in a semester, and usually fewer.   • Adult Learning Centers and DCS Locations

    Division of Continuing Studies is, as our name suggests, a community organization. We take pride in finding locations throughout the Indianapolis community that are in YOUR backyard. Whether that is on campus, at the IUPUI Learning Centers, area high schools, and community centers, the DCS offers a variety of continuing education classes, certificate programs, and college classes to assist learners in earning the education they desire and deserve.

  • IUPUI Adult Learning Centers

    These locations are community-based extensions of the IUPUI Center for Adult and Lifelong Learning (CALL), located in schools throughout Indianapolis. Currently there are 3 sites- one in Arlington Community High School, two in IPS Schools 56 and 69. After assessment, two more sites may open in the next year. Read more about the sites here. Center for Adult and Lifelong Learning (CALL)

CALL is an iniative created by Division of Continuing Studies to help make the transition for adults going back to school much easier. An extensive website with a wide variety of resources that cater to the adult student is available, including career assessment, a glossary of education terms, FAQs and more! The IUPUI Division of Continuing Studies (DCS) provides high quality and affordable postsecondary programs of study to a diverse community. DCS programs of study range from continuing education, noncredit courses and certificates expanding knowledge and strengthening skills, to credit bearing college courses and certificates that enable adult learners to develop an area of expertise and complete a bachelor's degree.
